TTC: AVOID THESE FOODS

Hello Blog Readers,

Now listen, if you value your health as a woman…

No matter the urge or cravings, please make sure you avoid

*Bread*, *Sugar* and *Soft drinks*

The above are mostly responsible for feeding infectious bacteria…

Do away with them.

Then if you have fibroid, unfortunately, what I’m about to tell you, no doctor will tell you

And it is this :

*Even If You Go For Surgery To Remove The Fibroid, It Will Grow Again*

If you do it two times, it will grow back twice…

as long as you keep eating, drinking and doing what you were doing before the operation…

What you need to understand is:

The food, drinks and lifestyle majorly plays a great role in *increasing* or *reducing* any health challenges

But the major thing that plays the most important role is

*Your thoughts*

You need to build a positive mentality…

This is very important especially if you don’t want to battle hormonal imbalance…

Most people are taking one drug after the other to help them balance their hormones…

You are only wasting your money if you don’t know the cause of the Imbalance in the first place…

You need to know the cause, and then take care of it from the root

Food feeds fibroid…

Drinks feed fibroid

Meat feeds fibroid

Hormonal imbalance is another thing that feeds fibroid

I’m not saying it is going to be easy but it is not impossible as well…

Make sure, you avoid those things I mentioned…

If they are starved, then it won’t grow…

Your body’s health is determined by what you feed it, *physically and mentally*…

Be positive and God will do the rest…

Worry won’t solve anything.

Depression would worsen the situation

A positive mindset would set everything in order…

Do well to always have a positive conversation with yourself

Do have a lovely day ahead,

  1. sir all iam seeing here are for hormonal imbalance and firbriod, but my problem is ovulating I don’t know when am ovulating.

    1. Ovulation depends on your menstrual cycle. A woman who has a 28 days menstural cycle would ovulate on the 14th day of her cycle. But her ovulation period would be from Day 9 to Day 14.

These period, the possibility of getting pregnant is high… So as for knowing when you ovulate, it depends on your cycle
